“The udon soup is different from Japanese dashi soup, but has a soy sauce-based taste. The udon had a nostalgic Japanese udon texture that is hard to find in supermarkets in Alaska, and it was the first time in a while that I was able to eat delicious udon.“

“This might be a strong statement to some, but as a local, this is my favorite restaurant in Sitka. The food is fairly priced, and the amount you get is worth it. I would recommend their Mongolian chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. The restaurant itself is aged, but let's be real you're there for the food.
