“This place is off the beaten path and takes a while to walk to, but it's well worth it if you want fresh Alaskan caught fish. We had the yellow eye and the halibut. The fish is fried on a skewer served with homemade tartar sauce. If you're in Sika, I would definitely recommend taking a walk to Sea Daddy's.”

I got the rice and steak bowl, no sauce because I want to taste the ingredients, and it couldn’t have been more flavorful. Perfect seasoning and balance, tender steak strips, and a substantial serving size…which is good because it’s not cheap. But it IS worth it. If you’re visiting or if you live here, try it.

Summer and Nicole were as bright and kind as you could be without seeming disingenuous. Juan himself was cool as hell too, a former US Coast Guard rescue swimmer and badass chef too, as it turns out. “Was looking for quick, tasty seafood lunch on my port visit - one of the locals said to come here, it’s where the locals eat. He wasn’t wrong. Also, the food is amazing! We had poke bowls, tuna and salmon, zero complaints. Good portion size, served fast and friendly. If you don’t want to fight the cruise crowds at the downtown strip restaurants walk a couple minutes away from the chaos and grab some food here.”

“Recommended by other vendors in the area. Bar. Booths. They have pool tables. There is an area to play darts. Music playing. Quite a few patrons. Bartender was super friendly and full of information. Seems that a popular drink in there area is called a'duck fart' and this bar is known for them.”

“I tried a bowl of the Salmon Bisque and had to order a second one for my husband to keep him from eating all of mine it was so delicious. It was creamy and rich with lots of salmon chunks, mushroom and leeks. For dessert I had a chewy peanut butter cookie and my husband had the chocolate gelato. Best food ever you could tell they were made with quality ingredients. I highly recommend the Salmon Wagon.”
