$10 for a cup of salmon bisque - well worth it for supporting a local food truck and enjoying the beloved local lands of Sitka. Would recommend this delicious, savory, creamy salmon bisque if you stop by (likely with a cruise ship). The lady running the truck is super sweet and you can taste the love and quality of the delicious soup. The soup has mushroom, salmon chunks, and other yummy vegetables. We came to Sitka on a cruise and lets just say the food on the cruise left a lot to be desired, so when we got off the boat we were dying for some good food. A friend of ours who got there before us told us about the Salmon Wagon bisque so that was our first stop. It was AMAZING. Truly not to be missed if you can catch them out when you're there. They also have an instagram - @SitkaSalmonWagon where I can imagine you can find them.We got a bowl each and we could have had more!

Salmon bisque was delicious! Tastes like it was wholeheartedly made and the flavors were wonderful. Pam at the food truck was very friendly and welcoming too! It was nice that they offered seats and tables - which is awesome after a long day walking around downtown. I would highly recommend trying this place out!
