Our first choice of bakery was closed, but a friendly store owner steered us to the Back Door Cafe – literally around a corner and up an alley from Lincoln St.
We were very pleased with the coffee and baked goods that we found here, and we were struck by the number of apparent locals who were coming and going and hanging out.

Locally made bagels were very good, had vegan option for chive cream cheese which is what brought us here. Oat latte and tea were also good, and very pleasant staff. Thanks!

Very helpful in finding a personalized cup of coffee to fit one's preference. Local coffee brew.
