4 Best Cocktail Bars in Sitka

“Found this little gem when I was exploring Sitka. There were mostly tourists from the cruise ships in the bar, but I was lucky enough to challenge some locals to several games of pool. The local people are approachable and good natured, and I was even given a ride back to the ship, with ten minutes to spare. Great place to get a bite and a refreshing adult beverage.“

“A true authentic local bar hiding from the tourist! Thanks to one of the park rangers that we met on our explorations and having good conversation recommended coming here as we didn't want to follow the herd. And so glad we did. The history and the photos on the walls of this place says a lot of the people and fishermen of this town. And the bartender who will be unnamed...?? She is the favorite bartender by all and I can definitely see why! Loved her feistiness!! If you can manage to step out of your norm and enjoy the true people of this town, stop!“

“Kevin, the manager, was very helpful and kind. The room was space and very comfortable and clean. The restaurant was right there and it was open for breakfast and dinner. It closed at 9 am and it was very quiet and easy to sleep at night. The shuttle to airport was right on time at 5 am and it was easy and convenient.“
