They forgot our drinks for our delivery. When we tried to call them back they wouldn’t answer. By the time we did get an answer I was put on hold, could hear everything going on. Sat there waiting and it seemed like they forgot about us. Never got our drinks even though we paid for them.

Hands down the best food in Sitka. It’s extremely fast, and the people there are so nice. The food was so good, you could tell it was homemade.

The food is AMAZING! We ordered the family style so we had a taste of everything. Fresh food, cooked perfectly, with a great blend of seasoning. Super friendly staff and great service. I would highly recommend. We completely enjoyed it for the second night in a row🙂

Used to be a good place, not so much anymore. Was really enjoying my dinner until I found hair in my food💔. I lost my appetite and any appreciation I did have

I absolutely love this place and it will always be known as Twin Dragon to me.

The best thing about my order from this alleged restaurant was that there was a very cute baby in a car seat snoozing away while his parents ate. Otherwise I took my order back to my hotel room, opened the lid, got one whiff of it, looked at it, and promptly threw it away. Waste of twenty bucks. If you desire a grimy, filthy restaurant happy to take tourists money for zero quality food, then you've found your place. How has the Sitka health department not shut down this place already?

It was a great find. We got lucky because 사장님 was there & made 짬뽕 for us. Everyone was very friendly & kind. The price was very reasonable, unlike in Juneau. Highly recommend.

Very good flavors, home made Rangoon, a new example that even in remote parts of the country we can still have quality ingredients cared for in a manner that respects their flavor and essence.

We arrived at the door just behind a woman who would be our server. Myself (US born) and my Japanese wife and her 85 yo mother talking to each other in Japanese. We said hello with a smile and a real frosty vibe right away from the server. As we considered the menu on the wall (conversing in Japanese and English) near the counter, the cook asked if it was take out or eat in; we said eat in. He rudely motioned and ordered us to sit down. The waitress continued her rude manner, I tried to warm things up, ask how she was. No joy! The place wasn’t at all crowded, no pressure on her. The food was good, not special, but definitely fine, I wouldn’t lie. Came time to pay at the counter and suddenly the waitress is smiling (tip time!). I totaled the bill in my head and I’m being overcharged, so I ask. “Oh, we charge a 10% service charge”. For a table of three at a diner?

I’m sorry to say this, because I treat everyone the same, but these are low character people. I don’t know if they don’t like Japanese people, or tourists or what, but everyone deserves a warm welcome and a little hospitality. What a dehumanizing experience!

The cook disrespected my elder father in law because he tried waving him over to ask a question. I guess in Kenny’s wok culture you shouldn’t wave anyone over like a dog. I would never eat here again because of their cooking staff and suggest any other person with any self respect to do the same. The cook is lucky I decided to walk out and cancel my order. They also waited to take my order until after 3pm so I couldn’t get the lunch special. We walked in at 2:50pm.
