The cook disrespected my elder father in law because he tried waving him over to ask a question. I guess in Kenny’s wok culture you shouldn’t wave anyone over like a dog. I would never eat here again because of their cooking staff and suggest any other person with any self respect to do the same. The cook is lucky I decided to walk out and cancel my order. They also waited to take my order until after 3pm so I couldn’t get the lunch special. We walked in at 2:50pm.

This might be a strong statement to some, but as a local, this is my favorite restaurant in Sitka. The food is fairly priced, and the amount you get is worth it. I would recommend their Mongolian chicken, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. The restaurant itself is aged, but let's be real you're there for the food.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs to get into the restaurant.
Took my family out for dinner tonight and had the worst experience at this restaurant. The server at the register charged us for the to go order then wanted to charge my wife a second time! We let him know that the money had already come out the account but he continued to be rude and aggressive! He then started slamming on the register and shouting in a different language. We then were ordered to leave without our food while all the employees watched. This was clearly racial discrimination and we’re definitely going to file a report. I’d advise that no one eats at this place if they believe that all restaurants should treat all races the same regardless of color. As a black family living in Sitka this has never happened at any other restaurant and should not be a reflection of our great community of people living here. We will never visit this restaurant again!!!

While visiting Sitka a few times, I have had Kenny's Wok & Teriyaki via delivery on several occasions. My 2 most recent experiences, the lady taking my order on the phone was rude, abrupt & she appeared rushed as well as disturbed when taking my order.It appeared that I didn't respond quick enough after she answered the phone & she then was even more rude when I called back to add an item to my order.The food is pretty good, have never had had flies in my egg drop soup as previous customers have mentioned. Also, the delivery guy was pleasant & kind.If you do order delivery & want soy sauce or plasticware, make sure to request it, otherwise you will not get any of either.

Yea this was one of my highlights here in Sitka . Small family owned business my whole Sitka life where have you been . I’m happy I stopped here today. The food is great the owners are nice reminds me of home , not to pricey just how I like it. I recommend Kenny’s all day every day !!!

The lady running the front was really rude. When asked a simple question she snapped at us. The soup had flies (yes multiple) in it. We just got up and walked out. Not very friendly.
The lady was rude to all patrons (in person and on the phone) who were at the establishment while we were there, and we had a fly in our soup.

If I could give them zero stars I would! The lady was incredibly rude to use and two other customers that came in. We were trying to extra nice and she just couldn't be bothered. we were the only people dining in and the others were pick up orders.

When I called in to order, the lady taking my order was rude, cut me off and hung up before I could confirm my order. When I picked up my order, the sane woman was rude again when I asked to confirm what I ordered. The cream cheese wonton were rancid. Normally the staff is kind and friendly. Especially to locals. If she is any representation of their customer service, we will not be going back.

But at this restaurant the lady at the counter was standoffish. I was on a video call with my bestie telling her how happy I was to find this restaurant and to have my meal their. The lady who took my order just yelled at me and asked to put the volume down. She could have just asked me softly. They way she yelled I almost burst into tears, but I just managed to hold it because it would be embarrassing to cry there. I lost my Appetit, could not finish what i order. I felt so awkward I just wanted to get up and leave. this restaurant really made me cry. They spoke hangul.
