They processed my husband's fresh-caught silver salmon and shipped us the resulting 4 small filets (3.7 lbs total) via FedEx at a cost of $137+. Fish arrived thawed! Even though the fish was in a small styrofoam cooler with "air packs", they did NOT use either dry ice nor cold packs to keep the fish frozen!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
