Sitka Flowers & The Chocolate Moose

Gabby put together the most beautiful bridal bouquet last minute for me!! It was stunning. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She went above and beyond! The store was really cute and had lots of wonderful items. We will have to try the chocolate the next time we are in town! Would highly recommend this florist over the other in town!

Really like the service but sometimes they don’t give you the flowers you wanted.

While we were in port and walking along the main street (seemed to be Lincoln Street), we found this super cute little shop with coffee, chocolates and plants, that we stopped at after lunch.We got a couple pieces of chocolate to enjoy and could have bought so much more, if we were not on a cruise and having to worry about bringing things home.They had a wide selection of chocolates from milk chocolate to dark chocolate and even chocolate covered Oreos. You could get flowers and smaller plants, and more.

Wow. Can i just say that this shop is incredible. I ordered from NJ for my mother in laws birthday. I called a little before close the day before i needed them delivered because i had my dates mixed up and boy did they deliver! They even went out of their way to go to 3 separate locations to find her and make sure she got her delivery. Incredible, kind, and dedicated staff. Would recommend 10 times over.THANK YOU GUYS!

Hi - choc-a-holic here. The chocolate here - so creamy. I just had an expresso truffle. I hesitated to get it because so many times the chocolate hides any coffee flavor but not so here. There was coffee flavor thru and thru and I loved it.

Great place for sweets and coffee. The eagle and the sea otter stuffed warmies are amazing!

While visiting Sitka, my wife and I wandered into this cute shop. The staff were friendly, and we noticed the amazing chocolate selection... I can't even begin to say how good the chocolates were. Amazing assortment, quality and flavor. Simply fantastic.

Awesome service. They took the order and delivered to the airport so bouquet was ready to fly home with me.

Save your money don't waste it at Sitka Flowers. They will not make right if your not happy.very bad customer service!!! The store manager should not be dealing with the public.!! They did refund the money,but the flowers were ordered for a gift.the refund does nothing for the person who received them.

Here’s a “feel good” story. Long post. A couple weeks ago my fb pay was hacked and my bank account cleaned out. Yup. Right before Christmas. I literally watched my bank account cleaned out in a matter of less than 5 minutes. I will eventually get my money back. I got half back and will get the other in maybe another month. First off…we’re okay. I’m not able to gift to as many people this season, but I have a roof over my head and food in our freezers. Mike is working and I help care for grandchildren while their parents work, taking 4 “strays” on the side for work. I also have my little business running. But when things like this happens, it’s a shock and it hurts. I told my story in here when it first happened in hopes that it’ll prevent others from getting hacked. Angela Ketah from The Chocolate Moose reached out to me and offered me $100 in store credit!! I was embarrassed at first and then when I told Mike, he says “Well, let’s go down and use it!” The Chocolate Moose has so many gifts in the store but I really only had visions of allllll that homemade chocolates! 30. That’s how many homemade chocolate truffles/candies we were gifted tonight. This is being used for gifting to others. This helped us with stocking stuffers. This place has been in business for at least 25 years, maybe even closer to 30 now. I dont know about the flowers, but the truffles are amazing. A pretty large selection and very rich in flavor. I ended up spending a decent amount of money here on chocate.One other bonus, they make espresso. They make the espresso with a good amount of cream, so its very well made.

They have wonderful chocolates, truffles great and flowers shells beautiful. And always good to have the right things for what ever age or desires for baskets, where I shop all occasions long distance.

I ordered a very special Deluxe flower arrangement on Friday 12th of February,2021 for my son& his wife.My son drove to pick it up on Saturday 13th& sent me a photograph of it. I so disappointed as it is nothing like what I ordered & paid for!I called numerous times but all they said was my son needed to get out of his house & drive there a 2nd time to return it because they didn’t have the flowers to make what I ordered or to replace it with another choice!So here I are,Stuck with what looks like a very cheap looking small arrangement instead of the expensive 1I paid for. They didn’t even offer to bring another DELUXE arrangement to them & pick up what they gave my son,&Drop gg a large 1I paid for in advance!
