While we were in port and walking along the main street (seemed to be Lincoln Street), we found this super cute little shop with coffee, chocolates and plants, that we stopped at after lunch.We got a couple pieces of chocolate to enjoy and could have bought so much more, if we were not on a cruise and having to worry about bringing things home.They had a wide selection of chocolates from milk chocolate to dark chocolate and even chocolate covered Oreos. You could get flowers and smaller plants, and more.

Wow. Can i just say that this shop is incredible. I ordered from NJ for my mother in laws birthday. I called a little before close the day before i needed them delivered because i had my dates mixed up and boy did they deliver! They even went out of their way to go to 3 separate locations to find her and make sure she got her delivery. Incredible, kind, and dedicated staff. Would recommend 10 times over.THANK YOU GUYS!

Hi - choc-a-holic here. The chocolate here - so creamy. I just had an expresso truffle. I hesitated to get it because so many times the chocolate hides any coffee flavor but not so here. There was coffee flavor thru and thru and I loved it.

Visited this little cafe while visiting Sitka, Alaska. The staff were so friendly and, while small, the cafe is so adorable! They had lots of chocolate goodies and freshly baked cookies. While I didn't try the cookies, my friend told me it was the best cookie she had ever eaten in her life, so do with that information what you will.

While visiting Sitka, my wife and I wandered into this cute shop. The staff were friendly, and we noticed the amazing chocolate selection... I can't even begin to say how good the chocolates were. Amazing assortment, quality and flavor. Simply fantastic.

Once again, I have regrettably shopped here out of convenience. I did not want to leave a bad review online. However, after I called the shop, I feel differently. After leaving with $200 worth of sub par floral. I I asked them to pack it up so that I could put it in my box but all of the vases were full of water not a big deal if you don't mind your car being totally soaked, and your work, clothes and shoes, being full of stinky floral water. Called and the employee was not receptive to my suggestion that maybe they dumped some of the water out for transport I know it sounds petty but it's bullshit to be hung up on. Never ever again.

Save your money don't waste it at Sitka Flowers. They will not make right if your not happy.very bad customer service!!! The store manager should not be dealing with the public.!! They did refund the money,but the flowers were ordered for a gift.the refund does nothing for the person who received them.

The young clerk was very nice and professional. She was polite and smiling as she waited on us. I Spent plenty on chocolates for my mom. Then added a couple single wrapped roses for another family member. We waited over 20 minutes to get the two single wrapped roses. As the clerk in the back handed them to me I noticed they didn't have the requested water tubes on the stems. When I asked if we could get them she gave me a nasty look and mumbled that I could just put them in water. She snatched the roses back and added the tubes, then with the same very unpleasant look thrust the roses in my direction. We left with our purchase, not feeling good about the rude service. Then upon closer look at the roses, noticed the orange wet spray paint on the dried filler. Both roses were wrapped with the same thing. Dead spray painted filler with a fresh $10 single rose certainly doesn't make me want to buy flowers there again. What's up with rudeness? Why? When all we're doing is supporting your business by spending money!

Here’s a “feel good” story. Long post. A couple weeks ago my fb pay was hacked and my bank account cleaned out. Yup. Right before Christmas. I literally watched my bank account cleaned out in a matter of less than 5 minutes. I will eventually get my money back. I got half back and will get the other in maybe another month. First off…we’re okay. I’m not able to gift to as many people this season, but I have a roof over my head and food in our freezers. Mike is working and I help care for grandchildren while their parents work, taking 4 “strays” on the side for work. I also have my little business running. But when things like this happens, it’s a shock and it hurts. I told my story in here when it first happened in hopes that it’ll prevent others from getting hacked. Angela Ketah from The Chocolate Moose reached out to me and offered me $100 in store credit!! I was embarrassed at first and then when I told Mike, he says “Well, let’s go down and use it!” The Chocolate Moose has so many gifts in the store but I really only had visions of allllll that homemade chocolates! 30. That’s how many homemade chocolate truffles/candies we were gifted tonight. This is being used for gifting to others. This helped us with stocking stuffers. I will never ever forget the kindness The Chocolate Moose has shown. Never. Gunalchéesh aatlein to Angela Ketah and Chocolate Moose. Merry Christmas. Sitka is a beautiful place.

This place has been in business for at least 25 years, maybe even closer to 30 now. I dont know about the flowers, but the truffles are amazing. A pretty large selection and very rich in flavor. I ended up spending a decent amount of money here on chocate.One other bonus, they make espresso. They make the espresso with a good amount of cream, so its very well made.
