When in Sitka, AK, go for king crab and seafood at Sitka's Burger and Crab Shack! We had Alaska King Crab Legs and Alaskan Halibut Sandwich & Fries. We were visiting Sitka for the day from a cruise port and we were trying to find a restaurant for fresh king crab and seafood. We stumbled here after walking around discovering Sitka downtown.
It did take a bit longer for our food to be ready but knowing two cruise ships docked they were so busy with lines the door. There is also minimal tables to sit but good time when our food arrived, we found a table outside to devour our food. It was a sunny and it was nice to sit outside taking in the wonderful weather we were lucky to have in September 2024 in Alaska.
If you are ever in Sitka, must try out their fresh seafood!

Very great and friendly service, I ordered 2 slices of bacon and they gave me 3 :D. My friends also enjoyed their burgers and clam chowder. Great place for a bite to eat!

Kerri and the crew throw down an incredible plate. Everything is super reasonably priced. Chicken tenders fed 3 people and the king crab leg was fresh and on point. Easy in and out close to the bus depot. Definitely will hit it again when we make it back to Sitka.

Most I’ve ever paid ($35) for fish n chips which would have been fine if they weren’t terrible. The fish was over breaded and thin.

I bought the Big Box that consisted of 2 King Crab Clusters, Halibut fish and chips, Dungeness Crab Cluster. And I bought onion rings. It was amazing. Well worth the price. It could easily feed probably 3 to 4, but I made a few meals out of it.
My wife and I both had the fish and chips, which was good, but a bit pricy. We stuck with the classic fish and chips since crab was about 200 for a decent but not overwhelming portion. Since I like crab and will eat it in my home town I can say with confidence, the same amount of crab is about 75 bucks back home in Fly Over Country lol. Service was great though
Had the fish (Alaskan halibut) and chips, and it was bomb. Tried a burger, Philly, lobster sandwich and crab legs, and wow. Queso fries were also a winner.
The sizes were generous; eg one king crab leg looks like two.

The place was crowded with a line out the door, but it only took a few minutes to order and find a table. Service was friendly and efficient. And the halibut sandwich was worth the price… steamy hot and tasty with great tartar sauce. Eat here.
