we walked in and saw a sign to seat yourself. we picked a table and was told we couldn't sit at that table. we spent thousands on this trip to be denied service at an establishment in which we were supposed to seat ourselves. the denial and the sign are very contradicting. I guess we didn't have enough people for us to eat at your restaurant since there were only 2 of us.

We had dinner at Bonanza tonight, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. I ordered boneless buffalo wings, my husband had the in-bone wing special. At the bottom of my ranch cup was a long, black hair — which is gross enough on its own — but I didn’t even get an apology. No discount, no acknowledgment. Just… nothing.
To make it worse, my husband ended up throwing up when we got home. Not sure what that says about the food, but it doesn’t inspire confidence.
The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is because our server, Alex, was great — attentive, friendly, and clearly not the problem.
Definitely one of my favorite places I got to sit in and eat at.

Amazing Halibut sandwich. Very rustic gold rush theme. The service was amazing given that the cruise ships were in and the place was packed. Loved it. Waitress was on the spot with drinks.
