Great local place. We enjoyed our visit in July. My husband really wanted a T-shirt from here, but they were out of his size. I was able to get in touch with the hotel manager, Tennessee, of the Morning Wood (hotel next door same owner). She was very accommodating on getting on getting one shipped to me as a Christmas present.

Solid spots. It is a little bit outside the tourist zone. A decent selection of craft cocktails. Friendly, spacious environment with a friendly bartender. They played good music. The prices are a little high but I get it for a place where supplies are not easily obtainable, is only open for portions of the year, and where a lot of the business is cruise ships. I would go back.

Excellent bar with live music and far less of a tourist vibe than many of the other places in Skagway. Because it's not on Boradway (the main street), it tends to be less busy when the town is swarming with people off the cruise ships.
Check out the photo wall for an idea of the kinds of things that people get up to in here. It feels a lot more like somewhere the locals and summer workers go in the evenings, than somewhere designed to capture the tourist trade.

I loved this bar!!!! My sister and I stopped in for a beer while in port off the bliss. Alyssa was FANTASTIC!!! She talked to us as if we were regulars and not tourists which really was amazing!! The bar was not full our first round but we walked to the firehouse and then we came back for another round before getting back on ship and she said oh y’all are back and remembered what we had and where we had went! I would hangout with Alyssa in my everyday life she was amazing!!! Thank you Alyssa!!!
