My girlfriend and I visited for dinner as we were passing through town. Upon entering the restaurant, our waiter (Jeremy) greeted us. His enthusiasm was contagious. At the end of a long day, Asked the bartender at Happy Endings for a good place to eat that was non-touristy (even though we were fresh off the cruise ship), and this was her recommendation. Score!The clam chowder was so chock full of goodies it classified as a stew instead of a soup - best I have ever had. Fish and chips were excellent. Fish was flakey, fresh and battered lightly - kind of like a tempura. Great table service as well - attentive! Total 5 star experience.
