Fire! Thai food truck with outdoor seating. The food is absolutely perfect, and delicious. If you are tired of bar food and seafood, definitely give them a try. And if you aren’t, give them a try anyway. They have shrimp…, chicken, & tofu for proteins, so it is suitable for vegans/vegetarians.
It’s a food truck with seating area. Delicious and fresh veggies. Big portions.
Came here on a whim in skagway during a cruise and needed a quick bite between activities. The thai food here was good but not great. The pad thai was flavorful and plentiful but the daily special , purple curry, was okay but not great and was certainly not purple. It was a red/ green blend that was just okay.
I would come back for the pad thai though.
