Worst service ever. Rude, hand on hip attitude. Eat somewhere else, Thank me later. Owner/Waitress: Sorry I bothered you by eating here. You must of had better things to do.
Good broccoli and cheddar cheese soup on a cold and rainy day. Personnel and owner were friendly and welcoming.
Had a great lunch here in Aug 2021! Loved the 1/4 lb grilled halibut sandwich with onion rings and the service was friendly and quick. Definitely recommended.
The soup. here as well as the fist & chips are excellent. at one point it was turning away locals. A nice lady came in to get her daily cup of soup and coffee, there was no place to sit. My granddaughter and I had just come from Ziplining, and wanted some soup our guides told us of this place. We were at a table for 4. I invited her to join us, she did, after finishing her meal she said bye and got up paid her tab and left. We waited for our lunch check, and waited, finally the waitress came over and said "Barb paid for your lunch" so THANK YOU BARB
The Sweet Tooth Cafe never disappoints. I am a local in Skagway and I have never once had a bad meal or bad service at this restaurant! I highly recommend it and I actually own my own restaurant here in town too!!
This place is a must, at least for breakfast! Courtney, the waitress is wonderful, attentive and good at her job! The food was very good, we ate there both of our mornings in Skagway and would have eaten there every morning if we'd stayed longer!!!
Great service!
Delicious halibut sandwich! Eat here!
Had two different sandwiches and their corn chowder was fantastic. We liked it so much we went there twice.
Our shuttle driver recommended Sweet Tooth for lunch, and assured us it was more than desserts! His recommendation was echoed by others we met, and they were right. The Reuben sandwich was excellent!

The biscuits and gravy did not have much flavor which is fine, the real unfortunate piece was how rushed out the door I felt. I get Skagway is a tourist town and I eat fast but shouldn’t I be able to occupy a table for at least 15 minutes even with an empty plate? Service was cold and rushed so I don’t think I’ll be back because I wasn’t able to plan any pieces of my day there.
A special nostalgic feel of days gone by when you eat at the Sweet Tooth You can sit and the bar or at a table and enjoy conversation and great food. Don’t miss the opportunity.
Great place for breakfast!
Good chicken fried steak
Courtney - fellow dachshund lover - it was a pleasure to meet you. Thank you for keeping us fed during our week there, and thank you for your company. Both breakfast and lunch are delicious, and the halibut was some of the best we had on our trip, if not anywhere. -- Mike
