Absolutely terrible, I ordered chicken nuggets, my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich, the both of us ended up with terrible food poisoning, obviously undercooked chicken, I will never be eating here again. Have been sick for days

Went through the drive through right at opening and it was a simple order, two number 9s one a meal with large curly fries and a peach lemonade, bronco berry sauce and mariana. First off though the person wouldn't even let me finish my order kept interrupting me, than when I said make sure the mariana and the bronco berry sauce is in there because last time they forgot the mariana. Not upset about that disappointed than today they put ranch instead of the bronco berry sauce, so I proceeded very calmly and appropriately went in to exchange the ranch for bronco berry sauce an the same lady had an attitude about it an was getting upset i came in asking for the correct sauce I ordered and proceeded to say you have the mariana at least. I'm shocked by the amount of petty rudeness at the beginning of the opening and I wasn't even upset didn't push blame I was trying to get my sauce an she acted like I was an inconvenience fot them i mean they ask which sauce at the drive through and at the window so there's no room for error. It was intentional and I feel sad fot her.

Friday Feb 9, 2024— had to wait a little extra for my food after ordering in the drive through tonight and the person who came out to deliver my food to me (I am assuming it was the supervisor?) whoever is was, was very apologetic and even gave me a cookie for having to wait a little extra and I just wanted to say thank you ! That was excellent customer service , I didn’t mind waiting the time I did but that little extra was appreciated! Thanks for the great service guys keep it up !

Love the deli sandwiches. They're usually quick to get your order placed. Don't always get a lot of customers for lunch and dinner rush, so there's a high chance for a table if you prefer to dine in.

The shift manager trainee Clarissa was less then professional or nice tonight, over a misunderstanding on donations for cheddar cups. The young lady who took our order Amanda was absolutely a delight and helpful!! I hope she trains a little harder on customer

We stopped in on our way back to Anchorage. They had plenty of parking and the location was great, it's right off the main road. We went in to eat and we were able to park our RV with no issues. It's super close to the swiftwater campground and boat launch, where we were staying while visiting Alaska.

During my time at Arby's, I had both positive and negative experiences. One of the standout positives was Amanda, an exceptional manager who truly brightened the work environment. Working alongside Amanda was a delight, as her leadership and positivity made a significant difference.Unfortunately, the atmosphere took a turn for the worse when Clay joined the team. His presence seemed to bring discomfort to the entire workplace. Regrettably, my decision to leave didn't sit well with Clay, leading to unprofessional behavior. He not only retaliated against me but also discriminated against me to my sister, who was also an employee at the time.One incident that stands out is when Clay made discriminatory comments about me to my sister, crossing a line that was both hurtful and inappropriate.Throughout my tenure, staffing shortages were a consistent issue at Arby's, which placed additional stress on the team. On a positive note, I've heard that improvements have been made in this regard since last year.Looking back, I still carry the impact of the negative experiences I had at Arby's. The fact that Clay's behavior escalated to the point of threatening my grandmother after she tried to reason with him is deeply unsettling. This incident led my grandmother to pick up my sister from Arby's and resign as well.In summary, my time at Arby's had its bright moments thanks to Amanda's leadership, but Clay's behavior and the negative encounters left a lasting impression. I sincerely hope that the management has taken steps to address these issues and create a more inclusive and respectful work environment for the current staff.
