Not worth dying forWent there asked for a blizzard specifically with no nuts and asked them to separate it because I am allergic and severely allergic to certain nuts. 10 bites in found a nut in it, what do you have against me Dairy Queen? Anyways just please put more thought into those orders :(They did refund me though.

Ordered a large cheese curds which is on the menu board, they said they didn’t have a large cheese curd but only a regular, ok so I got that. Got my food went to my car opened my bag I got fries and no cheese curds. Opened the honey mustard sauce and it was rank and looked like pale 6 month old bacteria colony.

This DQ is consistent with great food and friendly staff. Flamethrower and a cherry dilly bar is a terrific lunch.
The audacity to ask for a tip when every single time my order is messed up. Then to be met with rude behavior when brought to their attention is beyond comprehension. Management needs to do better… wether it’s better training or the intent to at least make things right when someone brings it up. Like you paid for a large and but got a regular size… sorry. Not to even fix it!?! Twice
