Great drive through service. My husband said the chicken strip basket was the best DQ chicken strip basket he's ever had. We'll probably be stopping by the next time we pass through town.
I've been a fan of Dairy Queen since I was a kid...banana splits were always my favorite... so when I got to soldotna and first tried a banana split I was sorely disappointed...too little ice cream a half a banana a spoonful of toppings and a bit of whipped cream...but today... I took a chance and ordered a banana split... wow was I pleasantly surprised....enough soft serve.... Good amounts of toppings and a lot of banana.... I can't consider DQ as "fast food". Their burgers imho are better than most restaurants. There may always be a line at the drive-thru, but there's a reason: It's worth the short wait!Wheelchair accessibility: I AM in a wheelchair. When I dine-in, I find the aisles, tables, counters, restroom are super wheelchair friendly and spacious, and the staff has always been super helpful when needed.
