Not quite sure of the year of my initial order... 3-4 yrs ago? Never have been unsatisfied with service. The customer service (very nice and accomadating young group of ladies) have gone far and beyond for selections, recipes and just good conversation.

Folks are awesome end definitely the best seafood products on the peninsula...yeah there's no retail store but calling in and ordering was a breeze and well worth it

Peninsula Processing & Smoke House is a great family company to work for and purchase quality Alaskan Seafood. They take pride and go above and beyond in making sure that every customer is 100% satisfied! Everyone that works here makes sure that everything is processed and delivered correctly. The owners are very nice people and I'm happy to be an employee at this company.

Not happy that you cannot go inside the store. I want to see what I'm buying. I used to shop there from time to time but not now.

Seafood is great, but the only option is to order via phone. I ordered King Crab, King Salmon, and scallop. All taste amazing. I recommended this place to my friends when they have their trip in Alaska. No in-store shopping was available though. I thought I could see more products. I learned about this place from a local family. I am surprised that not many people make comments here. Maybe their major business is local business. Visitors should know this place.I apologize for the misunderstanding I had with the store. Thanks for their reply to help me realize what happened.Definitely recommended.

Good quality fish, k-mart quality processing. If you want canned salmon in the whole "they put a whole fish in a blender" sort of way, then it's great. But if you've ever filet'd a salmon and removed the pin bones before, you'll be significantly disappointed in the can-o-emergency-room-visits you get from this company.

Cheapest place to buy jumbo king crab legs, roughly $32/lb only. A lot of other seafood as well. Very friendly owner. They open till late, call them and ask for the hours.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Would recommend for anyone to come here for help with sending their fish out of town. They also have a great selection of seafood for sale in the show room.
