I ordered native style smoked fish from them in half pound packages and it’s far from cheap. I got the packages and they are hard as a rock. The fish is old and completely inedible (I it was but in thick strips, and even more oily than normal. One of my packages was busted open. Can anyone help me get a return call or email from this organization? I placed an order, they took my money and a bunch more for shipping and we have not heard from them, received anything from them and they have not returned an email or phone call. The only email we received is letting us know they received our order. I have requested tracking information. Please help.
Tustamena deal with every Tom, Dick, and Harry to visit Alaska. They are 5 star and know quality AK product. Take care of your kill or catch and they have the rest. Nuf said.
