Our tour bus made a pit stop in this mall parking lot, Ginger’s was recommended as an eatery. Typical diner atmosphere and menu. Service and food were excellent Ourtime was limited so we appreciated the quick turnaround. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch. The omelets are huge!!

Delicious and fresh food, great service, and clean dining area. The meat was cooked fresh and very tender. The tables are stocked up with 8 sauces to try. I really regret not trying this place out sooner!
I met several of my 'old' work mates here. They serve breakfast all day, and as it turned out that what the four of us had at 1 pm. All of the choices were good and all prepared to perfection! I had the 2+2+2, which is 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, and choice of 2 meats. I had the bacon. I ordered my eggs over medium and they were cooked perfectly. My friends ordered various items including the biscuits and gravy which were great. Service was excellent and prices were low to mid-range Alaskan. Access is easy, particularly if you park on the far end of the mall from Safeway. Just inside the door.

The staff was super and the tacos were amazing. Sure wish we would have tried this place out sooner. I had the mango tacos, so good. They're really stuffed, but the staff educated me on how to eat them properly. You pick up just the first shell with all the toppings on. Then the extra toppings that fall off fall onto the second one make another taco! So, really instead of getting 2 tacos per plate to eat you get 4. I've been eating double shelled tacos all wrong this whole time. ?
