Ate lunch on a weekend while waiting for our glacier flight. I mention this because our server asked if we were on a time crunch or not, which I thought was very considerate! We were not on a crunch so we enjoyed ourselves with a couple of delicious brews and some fish and chips. All food was spot on and beers were excellent! Server was great, atmosphere was great, thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Highly recommended!!!

The food was lackluster. We all got the fish and chips and it was disappointing. The fish came out so hot we couldn’t eat it while the fries were cold. They both lacked salt. The server asked if we wanted malt vinegar when dropping off the food and then didn’t check back with us again. We had planned on having dessert at this meal but were so underwhelmed we opted to skip it. Our server however was very friendly. He seemed to have a very large section which is likely why he didn’t check back in on the food quality mid meal. We were seated outside and I have to wonder if the manager has ever done that. The chairs are an awkward depth for eating. And our table had mismatched chairs making them different depths, heights etc.
