This review is from the Alaska State Fair in Palmer Alaska 2025. I love this bread typically but honestly this had too much garlic on it and was a little under cooked for me. They cook this bread on a big pan and then just cut it so your plate might be a little smaller or bigger, which isn’t a big deal because it’s really good. My daughter’s bread was cooked a little longer and tasted better than mine and she bought hers after mine. I still recommend this bread no matter.

Spinach bread is decadent warm and a crunchy bread with delicious cheese topping. Rhubarb crisp is also good. Cloud burrito is not up to the expectation but still good.

Delicious spinach bread as always! Always a line but worth the wait.
A delight from start to finish . Staff are warm, funny , friendly and super efficient. The food is always delicious and the setting is clean , well loved and inviting . There’s a great vibe about this place .
Spinach bread is amazing , the Brazilian limeade was so good we bought a second and Rhubarb and blueberry cobbler. delicious . The gent next to me had three cobblers …. Everyone raved about their food . The tuna poke bowl was a big hit
We’ve had some less than enjoyable meals and coffee stops during this trip but everything at Spinach Bread is outstanding .

Undoubtedly the best Spinach bread and Rhubarb pie I’ve had! Absolutely delicious and out of the world! Warm, fresh spinach bread and the pie is perfect with cream on top! Some lemonade to go with it! Definitely worth it! Do try and enjoy!

We went, we saw, we ate the bread! The spinach bread was delicious and the limeade was tasty. My husband said his coffee was very good. Sitting outside, smelling all the smells, and eating was delightful. Pay attention when you go to Talkeetna as there are several shops closed on certain days.

AMAAAAZING!!! Not just the spinach bread- but everything on the menu!! One week we had the breakfast burrito *chefs kiss* then another week we had the “morning” something (ugh I can’t remember, it started with an ‘m’) and it was FANTASTIC! Braised pork shoulder to die for. The employees are great, the place is cute and clean! 10/10 this place is worth the wait and worth returning to Talkeetna for!
