Not much expectation but it turns out alright :)
? Slow Roasted Prime Rib: thick steak, not much seasoning, perfect combination with sauce, beans are good too
? Pork chop: seasoning with apple, would not call it tender but alright
?Matsu wings: lemon favor, one of the best chicken wings I have ever had, highly recommend

The service was very nice. The menu wasn't that big but you'll definitely find something. The flatbread was still OK as was the price-performance ratio

We were sitted and no wait staff approached us for over 10 minutes. It is probable that the restaurant normally takes advantage of a captive audience. We left. What a disappointment.

Abysmal dining experience. At the restaurant before noon for lunch opening. Didn't get food until 55 mins later. Had a party of 6, but apparently they don't have any tables ready for parties greater than 4. Guess it took 20 mins for them to push two tables together? Food was mediocre. Salmon overcooked to cardboard. Water was never refilled to help get it down. Unfortunately not many options here, but avoid it if you can!

Suggestion - move the maitre d off the property. She is absolutely unpleasant and lacks any sort of customer service.
Got to the property on Aug 7 around 530 pm. Walked past the restaurant and I poked my head in to check if we should make a reservation. She quickly and very indifferently said no. Then when we showed up at 8, there was a wait. She said 10 mins. 20 mins later, she called my name, immediately followed with "is everyone here?" That really just made me mad.
Also saw she made a group of 10 people waited 90 mins, only to seated them in separate tables.
Otherwise the servers are all very friendly and pleasant. Please just move the maitre d off the floor entirely. Absolutely an unpleasant person.

The wings are cooked perfect. Also the chicken Alfredo was good and not over sauced.

A lot of thoughts here, so strap in bois.
The cheesy garlic bread was mid, not particularly worth ordering. My main more than made up for that. I would commit felonies to eat more of that bison meatloaf.
The truffle mushroom pizza definitely was delicious! But I promise you there wasn’t a shred of truffle in there.
But oh boy the pork chops. What a waste. So dry I could’ve been in the desert, the only thing that made it edible was the apple chutney it came with. But even so, I would’ve needed twice the chutney to even be remotely happy with the chops.
The mashed potatoes & green beans were cold, barely spiced, and overall very unremarkable. Disappointing sides.
Overall, expensive for what it was but still good food.

We have eaten here twice and the service has been awful both times. There are servers standing around talking but you still can't get any service unless you walk up and ask someone for something. A meal here will take 3x as long as you think it will. The food was all pretty good though, just terrible service.

I don't usually leave reviews unless I have an extremely good or bad experience, but unfortunately, the service at 20320 Alaskan Grill ruined my Alaska trip.
First, the positives: the food was good and reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in the area. The waiting time was short even during dinner hours.
However, the service left much to be desired. My husband and I felt ignored by our waiter throughout the meal. We were only greeted when placing drink, food, and dessert order. Our water was never refilled, and when we wanted to pay, we couldn't find our waiter for a while. It took about 30 minutes to get the bill after we finished our dinner. The waiter even forgot our order and had to ask us about it.
As a result, my husband didn't want to leave a tip, which led to a disagreement between us. We typically tip 18%. Although the waiter wasn't rude, the lack of attention made the experience unpleasant. I wanted to leave a smaller tip to reflect our dissatisfaction.
This dining experience caused unnecessary stress and conflict during our trip.

Host stand staff is unfriendly and unprofessional. Wait staff need training. Entrees arrived 30 seconds after the starters. Unacceptable. I sent the starters back. Servers are dressed as park tour guides and they introduce themselves that way. Ridiculous. At dinner I need a server not a guide.

Service is horrible! Waited almost 40 minutes finally got a water! Never came back to take our order instead went to the table next to us and took their order… not a big deal, however they had sat for maybe 5 minutes! We ended up walking out! Horrible service! Do better!
