Norwegian Rat Saloon is a cozy spot with good food and friendly staff. The interior is well-decorated and comfortable, plus there's a beautiful outside area with ocean and mountain views. It's a community favorite, especially for lunch, offering the best burger in town. The staff is very polite and quick, making it a great place to visit.
