Absolutely atrocious customer service. I go in to grab a burger and fries and drink, but wanted to use the restroom before ordering. Snippy attitude by the cashier...I mean there are better and less aggressive ways to say you have to be a paying customer in order to get the bathroom code.
So I took initiative and spoke with the shift manager Alyssa via phone. Her attitude was even worse in trying to explain the situation, and she simply hung up.

I used to love Burger King, but this one gives Burger King a bad name. Why have items on your menu if you are gonna tell the customer you don’t have any? Went to get a Whopper meal this morning, which is on the menu, but was told they didn’t have any.
When did Burger King stop selling Whoppers?!🫣🫣 Carls Jr. It is then because they have never told me they don’t have burgers in the morning and they are made FRESH.
The shift leader and her friend held my credit card under duress for over an hour because they messed up my order. Then had me barred because I told them I wanted a refund instead of a remake after pulling food from the waste bin and bringing it to the back where food is prepared. Unprofessional, tackey and caty ladies had all the guys in the business scared to do what was right. No I will not sign a refund slip with the incorrect amount on it.

Burger King offers great food and friendly, helpful staff. Food is often correct and hot, with fresh fries. While the restaurant's appearance is a bit dated, its service is always good and food is typically fresh-made. However, oil changes may not occur frequently enough, affecting the taste of fries. This location is still being remodeled, so strictly no dine-in for this Burger King atm. Looks clean and organized. The food is great, they cook to order so it might be slow on a busy night but well worth the wait. A polite and friendly young woman helped at the drive-thru. The double whopper with cheese heavy pickle, heavy mustard, onion rings, coke, and chocolate pie were hot and fresh, exactly as remembered. Pickles and mustard were just right.
