Carina's at the Clocktower Reviews
Had a great experience! The food, drinks and staff were amazing! The owners made the meal personable, chatted with us and made sure everything was good. They even have a good kids menu. You can tell they care for the quality of the service! We will definitely be back again.
Ate at Carina’s tonight and it was absolutely incredible. It feels like the menu gets better every time we come back. The fire chicken sandwich was next-level, and the chipotle Caesar salad did not disappoint. Definitely worth the trip—highly recommend checking it out. And the owner? Total rock star.
Hands down our fav in the valley. The service is top notch and we’ve never had a bad meal. Consistently good every time. Absolutely love everything about this place. They go above and beyond. It’s our go to and they feel like family.

Carina’s at the Clocktower checks every box for a great restaurant experience. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the location makes it an easy neighborhood favorite. The food itself is fantastic, and the staff make it the best restaurant in Wasilla. The way the staff treats you feels like family, and they are so friendly and kind. The staff put their heart in everything they do.
Every dish is beautifully presented and extremely well made. The deviled eggs are simple but elevated, and the pork belly is incredible: crispy on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth tender inside. The eggs Benedict is a standout, with hollandaise done just right. The Caribbean shrimp is perfectly cooked, with great spice and complex flavor. The braised brisket is so tender with perfect flavor, and the mashed potatoes are delicious. The coffee is the best in the valley, smooth and rich. The crème brûlée is the perfect ending with a perfectly torched sugar crust and a rich, silky custard.
The staff are attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and the service feels personal. They go above and beyond, even giving free meals on the house. The head chef served a guest and was delightful, with a genuine smile and a passion for the work. Hands down the best place in Alaska. Highly recommended.
