We chose our reservation for the Friday evening after Valentine's Day to avoid the crowds . The dining room was busy but not packed . Our appetizer ( the pepper shrimp ) was breaded and deep fried and surprisingly good ! For a main course we both chose the Suvi prepared fillet cooked medium . We were both excited to try something new ! However when our steaks arrived they were not medium but quite rare . If we had ordered rare they would have been still undercooked . Great 2nd trip to Everett's! We were asked if we wanted to set in the bar but other than that the service was great with a nice quiet, relaxing table (not in the bar) with a great view, great server and even a great check in from the Manager! :)

First time to visit Everett's, and the occasion was our anniversary. Reservations were made two days in advance. We requested a table by a window. We had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but it was a short wait. We were seated at a table with a window. Great view of frozen Lake Wasilla and the mountains. We were served very quickly after being seated. We started off with a cocktail, which was very good. Wife had a wedge salad. and I had the seafood chowder, and both were excellent....read full review
