Dinner was wonderful, they have a very good selection. Dessert options were good too. Our plates came with plenty of food we all ended up with take home boxes. They also offer a military discountï⁰Parking: Quite a spacious parking lot handicapped spaces upfront close to the entrance.Kid-friendliness: My child was with us and she ordered a dinner and asked for an adjustment of her food spice wise. They prepared it as per her request without question.

Went to Settler's Bay Lodge for our 40th wedding anniversary. Had hoped for a nice cozy place with ambiance and an intimate feel along with some excellent food to make the night special. Unfortunately, what we experienced was less than anticipated. There were glaring lights beating down on the tables, a high ambient noise level with a remote undercurrent of music that combined for a spoiled atmosphere. The Prime Rib, one of my favorite dishes, appeared to be ill prepared using a mix of Italian flavored seasonings and black pepper; not a traditional rub and slow cook for a tender and tasty piece of meat. As a result, there was little flavor, other than on the outside with odd seasonings. The appetizer was excellent (artichoke and seafood dip on garlic bread), dessert (carrot cake) was good, as well (though, the spicy ginger candied jellies were offensive). Coffee was excellent, which stood out as the highlight.

Food was ok my stake wasn't cooked correctly had to send it back. We got there early and first sat at the bar while we waited for our table the bar tender didn't take our order for almost 15 minutes. The host came and told us our table was ready. So I had to pay for our drinks and the bartender couldn't count change for 40.00 bucks. Very disappointed in that.
I got Cajun fettuccine. I asked for extra salt/seasoning because I'm tired of eating blant noodles in cream. The food came and of course it tasted like it wasn't even salted a tiny bit. The scallops were cooked to perfection but they were not seasoned either. Everything just got tossed in Cajun but didnt taste any salt. I had to salt myself atleast 6 times and mix and mix to get it to desired flavor. If I didn't ask for extra seasoning, I would've been fine but the fact that I told server for extra salt and seasoning and it tasted like it wasn't even salted, that's the frustrating part. Server was super friendly and knowledgeable and drinks were good. Won't be coming back for a while. There's better fettuccine out there.

Honestly this place is kind of a let down, it's 5 star prices for 2 or 3 star quality. Risotto is bland, crab is puny and cold (for 100 dollars by itself), beer selection is scant, every5hing is salty. The baked potato was the best thing we had. It would be a 2 star if not for our server who was attentive and a total peach.

I came here for dinner and the hostess was very nice, we were greeted right away and sat very quickly. There were plenty of seats open but we were sat next to a very loud family. Which isn't a huge deal but there were plenty of other seats that we could of been sat in. We waited over 45 minutes for our appetizer to come out and our bread was soggy from too much sauce being on it. When we received our food, my boyfriends steak was charred so badly that we had to cut the edges off and my chicken in my fettuccine Alfredo was also very charred. Our waitress was very nice and checked on us often. We saw the manager (we think) walking around asking people how the food was and if they could get anything and when it came to our table she looked at us and then walked right past us, not even acknowledging that we had been sitting waiting for almost an hour. I used to really love this place , maybe I caught them on an off day but I paid $$$ for good service and good food and it did not measure up.
