Taco's Cancun is a perfect balance of quality, atmosphere, and value. I have been Alaskan since 2002, but came from the Pacific Northwest and was fortunately exposed to some travel and dining. Unless you are a total snob who hates people having fun doing a great job and being around happy customers, you can't go wrong at Taco's Cancun in Wasilla, Alaska. I brought a picky eater there today after a 6 day stay in the hospital and a major surgery. It was a first for...

By far the best Mexican restaurant. Best food quality including homemade tortillas, cheapest prices, friendliest staff. They hold employees long term which means the owner/manager takes care of their employees. And now they even have beer.

Damn, I was incredibly surprised by this place. They knocked it out of the park! It was a Thursday and had their birria tacos and, holy cow, so so good. Wife had a fajita salad and it just slapped all the way around.
