Why is Alaska Sonic so different from Sonic in the lower 48. The slow service in drive through, poor presentation of food through the window, unfriendly person at the window….two cars behind me pulled away tired of waiting more than 20 minutes in the line,……wait, now 3 cars behind me have left and I’m #2 to the drive-up window. I wanted to give this Sonic another chance after last months visit but never again.

Pulled up to Wasilla Sonic at 9:45 as we where getting ready to pull in the drive through a guy stuck a sign in front of us not allowing us in. So we went around to the carhop spot only to be told they where already closed. I mean I get it they felt like they wherent busy so close a little early but to actually block people from buying stuff from the company because you don’t want to work your entire shift? I was more then a little disappointed.

Came in with only 5 cars in front of me. Took me 45 minutes to get through the drive through. It’s not the employees fault. If the excuse is lack of staff then pay people more to work there. I’m not really a complainer but good lord 😂
