At 10:30 on a Friday night (they are open until Midnight) … only two tables down to sit on, the others picked up for cleaning. A mother with her children ordered food and they needed a table for her children. Employees said “uh no you cant sit there the chairs are up” and continues to close the section off, she wanted the customer and her young children to stand and eat…. They stood and they finally grabbed a chair to sit. The employees came out with the food she stopped...
Today was my son's birthday and he really wanted Wingstop. When I ordered I misspoke and said 10 mild wings when I meant to say 10 original (kid just can't handle any spice lol). When the order came out I realized my mistake and asked if I could get 10 original. Olivia who served us said don't worry at all and quickly got a new batch out to us and refused to let me pay even though the mistake was on me. She was very friendly and always smiling and excited to help....
Ordered the sweet bbq, Louisiana rub and garlic parmsean wings and seasoned fries. The wings are wirthr the wait. Maybe make the garlic parmsean a sauce type wing, not much flavor. The other 2 styles we got, were great. Good season on fries. Order was ready as on the app/online. Place was hopping.
