I used to love this restaurant and bragged about it to other people how delicious their food is... Somehow , this time, the food we just ordered was not warm or hot... Drive thru, be warned people behind you are impatient. But the staff is excellent.
Chose it for the indoor play area which was pretty sprawling instead of cramped but the cleanliness of the play area was a bit... lived in. Food and service where reliably decent.

Carl's Jr. is a popular restaurant known for its hot and fresh burgers, which are loaded with veggies and sauce. Many customers prefer it over other fast-food chains like McDonald's, praising its old-school burger feel and family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant features a large playhouse for kids, making it a great spot for families, although some reviews mention the play area could use more frequent cleaning. The menu includes items like the loaded breakfast burrito and the Western, both of which are highly recommended. While the fries are described as average, the $1.75 cheeseburger with onion and mayo receives positive remarks. Customers consistently highlight the friendly and courteous staff, noting that they often have positive experiences and accurate orders. Overall, Carl's Jr. is recognized for its great food and accommodating service.
