I used to love this restaurant and bragged about it to other people how delicious their food is... Somehow , this time, the food we just ordered was not warm or hot... The hamburgers ( bun and the burger meat) were cold.. they were like in a room temperature.. I immediately called and complained about the food to the management.. Then I was told that thier food warmer is broken and they will fix it.. .. if their food warmer is broken, why they continue selling food...read full review
Chose it for the indoor play area which was pretty sprawling instead of cramped but the cleanliness of the play area was a bit... lived in. Food and service where reliably decent.
While I have never been a huge Carl Jr. fan, I also can't say much bad about them. While their breakfast menu is about 4 ingredients arranged in different form factors, it's still serviceable breakfast. Their burgers and sandwiches are all good. Their fries are actually very good as long as they come out hot. If I had any major complaints, it's that the bathrooms are locked, and that the ketchup dispenser has been empty every time I've been there. Does anyone ever change out the...read full review
