Went Tuesday and got breakfast to go.Order was completely wrong.So went back this morning and they still messed up the order...same as before.Food is good.but the ppl packing the food in bags or the person taking the order don't listen ...they are very short with you... Just go around is all they say at the drive thru.

My Lord if I must say so myself. I don’t know who the young man (manager) was on 04/13/2024 but I must say he is so polite and kind. The FOOD WAS FRESH AND HOT! Crew members so nice and polite also. I must say I was pleased!

Great place for a quality breakfast or a quick burger. Prices are competitive with other restaurants and I'll be back if I'm in the area. If you like Jack's then this is a good spot to enjoy some food and relax or start the day.

I've been to Jack's all over, I never complain about fast food workers but the young woman at the counter is the most unprofessional and unpleasant person I've ever come across she had no name tag. First she gave my order to someone else and did not notify me so I was sitting here just waiting. Even though she was looking right at me. This is after I waited 15 minutes. The team lead was constantly having to give her instruction. Don't lean on the counter, clear the order screen. She tried to apologize but it's obvious she doesn't like her job because even before I made my order she was in the back and not at the counter. Even the manager doesn't seem to care. Even when I got my food the burger was cold. How does that happen when you just made it. This happened at 8 pm April 5 2024

I don't know what happened to this place. They were fast, friendly and took care in what they were doing and actually seemed like they wanted to do their job. This time, we were the only customers in the dining room. It took forever to order. We waited on our food for 30 minutes! It was cold, the fries were so hard you couldn't eat half of them. They still didn't give us everything we ordered so we had to wait again! Something needs to change, I miss the way it was and I'm sure a lot of others do too!Wheelchair accessibility: They do have wheelchair accessibility on both entrances
Ordered 5 cheese burgers had to wait forever then when I get them they have been left in microwave too long pickle so hot you couldn't touch it bread was tuff from being left in microwave too long was not satisfied breakfast may get it wrong but food is better

I live 5 min away. I get pancakes and sausage and a chicken biscuit combo for my hisbamd. I tied of going there and the people don't speak. They look at you like you stink.Them your food cold . No butter on pancakes , who does that. Jacks on hwy 79 food always hot and plus they put butter on their pancakes. Get it together or get another team. Period3 years same crewNo butter ???
