I am a die hard fan of 7 Brew!! Not only do they fabulous coffee, but the service is, hands down, “7”- star!!! I love all the employees, but Josh has stolen my heart! What a sweet young man! He really cares about his job and always addresses me by my name, which is so sweet! He makes every visit special and that’s what keeps me going back (virtually every day lol). GREAT JOB, JOSH and your entire team at Alabaster!!

Been here pretty much every morning ever since they opened have never had any issue or complaint. fast friendly and always tasted good. Manager is super nice and understanding along with staff
I’ve been coming to this location since it’s opened and can say only had one good encounter there… I understand that with being newer mistakes will happen but every single time I’ve went my drink has been messed up in some way… normally their glad to fix it or I just take the loss but today really took the cake when after waiting an incredibly long time they tried to hand me a drink that was obviously not what I ordered, I told them that and she rolls her eyes and goes in there to let them know to fix it, the employees inside proceed to have an attitude about fixing their mistake, the employee then came out and handed me the correct order but I wanted to confirm it wasn’t just a regular fizz that it was the one with energy, the employee rudely tells me yes that is what you ordered in a nasty tone.
