Just purchased a brisket sandwich and it was awful!! There were no fried onions and so much sauce that I could not eat it!! Paid $8 for garbage, cause that’s where it went !

They never put aus just in the bag, they will put literal trash in your fries and give them to you, they almost always get unmodified simple orders completely wrong. It's a giant waste of money go anywhere else.

I was just at the drive through and I ordered a brisket sandwich combo and the lady that was placing my order was extremely playful when I was ready to pay for my food she was on her phone the whole time while the staff was and the kitchen laughing playing she was showing her co workers stuff on her phone the whole time while I had to ask another team member if they can take my money then when I got my food it was warm not even hot I barely gotten any meat this was was awful I’m very disappointed and will not come back.

Awful !! We have been here several times within the last two months and everytime we go, they arw goofing off and not wanting to take orders or they are hiding in the back and not taking orders.. This location is going to end up closing because they aren’t taking buisness. Tonight was the final straw and we won’t be visiting this location again. They were just hiding in the kitchen and no one would take ordered and we were there at 11:30 pm and it doesn’t close until 1 AM. We went around the building several times in hopes they would pay attention to us pulling up at window and drive thru. They eventually just turned the main sitting areas light off and we left and went else where. I see a future shut down.. it’s not just us complaining. There’s tons of people.

Still an hour before closing the guy walked up looked at me in the drive through and walked back like he didn't see anyone like right now 10/14 1230 am
They asked for my debit card multiple times while I was in the drive threw couldn't see what he was doing so got suspicious locked my card next day got a notification somebody tried to buy something with my card. Called them they gave me some bs as to why that happened they taking pictures of your debit card and using it. Sad people do that be careful with your debit cards at fast food places.

Like a fool. I tried Arby’s again. It’s always screwed up. Today we go.i try to order the angus burger and the girl says “ we don’t have any hamburgers “. Good lord. So I order 3 Arby’s sandwiches. She said for here or to go. I said we are eating in. They put Everything in a sack anyway. I’m going to the only table left and it’s by the bathroom and there is a half inch of water on the floor , it’s pouring down out of the air conditioner / vent. They throw down a sign but no one’s trying to mop it up , they just leave it. An employee is sitting down across from us watching a loud cartoon on the tv cackling every few seconds , I can barely walk without falling down. Then after we dig everything out of the sack ( hey idiots , if you are going to put it in a sack regardless , don’t waste my time asking if it’s for here or to go ! ). They left off a sandwich. I got up and braved the soaking wet floors to go get my other sandwich and they started making it. I then have to slide back to the table and eat my food getting cold by then. Then I have to get up and go back and get my sandwich. You would think you don’t have to look before driving off when you tell pink hair you want Arby’s sauce but here I am with a dry a$$ roast beef sandwich with no sauce. What an idiot. The Dr Pepper was flat with no carbonation and she didn’t say a word when I told her. No wonder they have out , we are hiring signs up. I hope they get someone more competent than her, the idiots won’t answer the phone and hang up on you
