Foods good, workers are nice, fairly nice dinning area. But the app works only 20% of the time. I like to order ahead because of a short lunch break. And nothing more annoying than filling out an order just to go place it and it just buffers. Of the 10ish times I've been there I've managed to order twice on the app. Sometimes its so aggravating I go to a different restaurant

I always hear people saying they wonder who is patronizing Arby’s because their food is awful - well I attempted to give them a chance today by placing a Door Dash order for the new steak bites. I ordered 2 nine piece orders of steak bites, 3 mac and cheeses and a sandwich combo.
The DoorDash driver called me to advise they had no Mac and cheese so they were giving me curly fries instead - and on top of that I only received 1 order of steak bites. My bill was $60.32 for basically a bag filled with curly fries!
Thankfully I got refund from Door Dash, but never and I mean NEVER will I patronize Arby’s again. And I will share my HORRIBLE experience with anyone who will listen for as long as I live.

If you come here late. 50/50 you even get service. They are to busy hanging out in the lobby with friends.

I picked up Arby’s for lunch today. Upon entering the restaurant, my feet were sticking to the floor. I noticed they had a 99 health rating, so I decided to still get food from there. The lady who took my order was very nice, and I paid in cash.
A few moments later, I saw the same lady place my potato cakes in the fryer with her bare hands. I asked if she had washed her hands, and she hesitated for a second before saying they have a sanitizing station in the back and that she did wash her hands. I do not know whether she actually did or not.
When I received my food, the potato cakes were only halfway cooked because they stuck together in the fryer, leaving the sides that were stuck uncooked.
I will not be returning to this Arby’s.

Just purchased a brisket sandwich and it was awful!! There were no fried onions and so much sauce that I could not eat it!! Paid $8 for garbage, cause that’s where it went !
They never put aus just in the bag, they will put literal trash in your fries and give them to you, they almost always get unmodified simple orders completely wrong. It's a giant waste of money go anywhere else.
I was just at the drive through and I ordered a brisket sandwich combo and the lady that was placing my order was extremely playful when I was ready to pay for my food she was on her phone the whole time while the staff was and the kitchen laughing playing she was showing her co workers stuff on her phone the whole time while I had to ask another team member if they can take my money then when I got my food it was warm not even hot I barely gotten any meat this was was awful I’m very disappointed and will not come back.
