We brought in a group of 18 for dinner. The staff were very friendly and super efficient in getting all our orders out quickly and correctly. Excellent experience!

Had an attitude when i came and told them that my mom had fell and dropped her shake and was needing a new one
Came by on November 10th, 2024 at 10:50 pm. I saw an employee at the window so i know there were employees there, went to the speaker to place my order and heard nothing. After sitting there for 5 minutes i went to the window to place my order. I then see an employee run to the back and hide. I work in customer service so I know how it works. If you say you close at 11pm then you should be taking orders until atleast 10:59pm. Whoever was your closing employee that night needs a little more training on how to work in customer service. I then went the next night since the employee refused to take my order the night before. I asked to talk to a manager about what had happened the prior night. He didn’t apologize or anything just looked at me and nodded. Not a word came out of his mouth. This place needs more training and people who actually care about their jobs. Will not be back here.
