The Alabaster, AL Arby's was great. The food was good, the service was excellent & the atmosphere was CLEAN. I shared my 2nd BOGO roast beef sandwich with 2 stray kitty cats hiding in the bushes outside. If you're ever in the area, they would probably appreciate a snack, a hug & possibly a forever home. 😻🙀

It had been awhile since we had ate at Arby’s we came about a month ago and went through the drive thru. The lady that took our order was very polite and helpful. When we pulled around to the window I’m not sure if it was the same lady or not but she was super super nice and helpful. The food was great, I just left there again went inside and got the same great service again. I thought I was at chick fil a. It’s nice to be able to go somewhere besides chick fil an and still get grade A service and attitude. Good think about Arby’s is they have a much bigger selection. So happy we choose to start going back and will continue to do so as long as the service remains remains great. Thanks Arby’s team

We brought in a group of 18 for dinner. The staff were very friendly and super efficient in getting all our orders out quickly and correctly. Excellent experience!
