Got door dash. Food was delivered hot and delicious as always. The hot mustard with the egg rolls was on point! Thanks Harry and your family for delivering delicious food at reasonable prices. Bamboo Garden is our go to in Alabaster

The restaurant is dirty and grimy everything you touched was dirty. The entire bottle of soy sauce was filthy we tried 6 different bottles, so gross you wouldnt want to touch them. The food was not good at all and the service was awful. Food had no flavor.

It smelled like stale grease, but I was hungry. Those were two.of the nastirst egg rolls I've ever had the horror of trying to eat! The lady was friendly and the egg rolls didn't take too long but they were disgusting. I hope I don't get sick.

Family of 4. Went about 8 at night. Had 3 meals because the kids split one. Wanted fried rice instead of white rice with 2 of the meals. With drinks and having to ask for an extra rice because there was a mix up and a small hot a sour soup it was 75 bucks. No where near worth that!. They charge you 5 dollars to change to fried rice. The waitress disappeared through our dinner and we found her at a table eating she was on her phone. So when we went to pay shocked by the amount we could not afford to tip her much. She said that's all you're going to tip?. Very rude. Not worth it. Pick somewhere else, save your money.

Wonderful Food service and everything!
I have eaten a lot of Crab Rangoon in my life but this is the best I've ever had. They took the time to elevate a rather simple dish. I love it when restaurants take the little opportunities for that.

We visited Bamboo Garden Restaurant during lunchtime, expecting a quick and pleasant dining experience. While the restaurant wasn’t crowded, the service felt a bit slow. However, the server was friendly and attentive, doing her best to meet all of our needs, which we greatly appreciated.

When the food arrived, it was served piping hot, a clear indicator of freshness. Unfortunately, the dishes lacked bold flavors and felt more like simple preparations rather than standout meals. While this might appeal to some diners who enjoy subtle tastes, it didn’t quite resonate with me.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is quaint, with plenty of tables to accommodate guests, making it a comfortable space to dine. Although I can see how others might enjoy this spot for its simplicity, it’s not a place I’d choose to return to.

Went for lunch with my husband on a Friday around 12:30. There was only 1 other couple in the entire restaurant. The placed smelled kinda sickening but we thought maybe it was from the broccoli. There are stains all over the 'carpeted' floors. The server was not friendly at all. When taking our order she came to the table and just said "what you want?" Food was ok, nothing to brag about, but honestly the service we received closed the book on us ever returning.

This place could be the best Chinese restaurant around for Alabaster, Helena,Pelham. If they would just stop with the extra charge for everything. Give a little more sauce with the main dish. And add soup to the lunch meal. The food is Great,Fresh, Hot. Portion of food is good. Could add a little more to the meal, of protein and rice. It could be the number 1 spot for your Chinese kick. If just little changes was to be made.

Extremely slow. They clearly don’t care about customers. They also do not take delivery drivers serious. Waited to start order until I arrived. Horrible service.
