We have a fantastic, new little barbecue restaurant in Alabaster, AL. Wonderful people. Great service. I’m a total pork rib aficionado. So, had to try them here. DELICIOUS, smoke level and spice just right. Simple. The pork shines instead of being masked by too much rub or sauce. Expertly cooked! Very close to, but NOT fall-of-the bone. Which is EXACTLY the way expert, pit-master ribs should be! Mac & Cheese and black eyed peas are tasty sides! This lovely little barbecue...
Texas BBQ is the standard. But Texas has been put on notice! Lucky BPBBQ isn’t located in Texas! 10 star rating from this Texan! Bring family/friends/enemies to Gather/Eat/Remember!
My new favorite go to location for BBQ in Alabaster. Fresh flavorful BBQ just like daddy’s and piled high on the bun. Turnip greens and blacked eyed peas were so good. Alabama white sauce and regular BBQ sauce on the side. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.
