Overall, good experience. Portion sizes have decreased which may be what they did instead of raising the prices. Food was good enough, but nothing spectacular. The Burger my friend got fell apart after a couple bites. Server was so busy it took forever to take our order, but food came out very quickly after ordering. Probably will go back, but not going to be a place I seek out regularly.

Ladies restroom was absolutely disgusting. One stall out of toilet paper, one stall smeared with old blood so had to resort to using the handicap out of necessity. We stopped here while traveling and they wouldn’t let us put our tea in our own cups to be able to take in the car. Can’t rate the food because I lost my appetite after seeing the bathroom. Really makes you question the cleanliness of the kitchen. Avoid this place. Lots of other options around this area

I mustve came on a bad night. Service was slow. It took about 10 minutes before they got my drink order after sitting down. I have tk remember to order my appetizer and meal at seperate times or they come out together. Food came out quick however it was not hot. Warm to room temperature. Parking is ample becuase the restaurant it next to a movie theater. On a busy night you wont be able to park next to the restaurant. Food quality was less than what you would expect from a BWW. I'm not sure I will return to this location as there are other wing options in the area.

Wish I could give an accurate rating of food, but we were turned away by staff before ever getting very far. We asked to sit on the patio with our dogs. Not a single guest was outside or even appeared to be inside for that matter. The managers then came to argue with us. Saying dogs aren’t allowed on the patio as well as indoors without a service animal vest because it upsets the other guests. He doubled down that this is a rule at all bdubs and must be followed. Having eaten at many before, I know that’s not the case. I was fine walking away only to have him yell at us. I generally expect a manager to problem solve or de-escalate a situation, but that isn’t how this location works.

General Manger refused to seat us on patio because we had two tiny puppies with us that we couldn’t leave in the car. He said other people might be scared! Meanwhile nobody was even on the patio or in restaurant itself. Then continued to scream at us as we walked to our car. We have always taken our dogs to other BBW with no problems. We have NEVER been treated like this in our lives. That’s embarrassing for them.
As soon as I walked in this establishment I had nothing but RUDE service because of my two dogs (both under 10lbs) and they would not allow us to sit outside on the patio even though I told them they were service dogs at least 5 times. The GM was extremely rude saying I was not willing to have a conversation even though I stood there continuously telling him that they are service dogs. He proceeded to not believe me and tell us we are not welcome. When I stated that I would just leave a review, he said he “did not care” because he’s “been there since ‘06” which has no relevance at all! I would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. The service is unbelievable!

Service was okay. Food was brought out less than 10 minutes after order eas taken. It was obvious our food was not fresh. It seemed as if the wings and fries were reheated. Would not recommend this place.

I went a trip with my friends and when one of them had to go to the bathroom the men’s room only had 1 STALL! Not to mention my salad had mysterious looking chicken on top of the lettuce and it needed more dressing. Another one of my friends was also approached by the general manager and asked to leave without valid reasoning and was continuously watched the remaining time we were there. 1/10 would not recommend.

The service was terrible. My 10 piece wings were dry and had an insect leg in it. The owner was extremely rude towards my friend who was minding his business until he walked up and made him feel uncomfortable.

I have no words for how awful this experience was.. I went with my friends and proceeded to be barraged by several workers upon entree, they refused to sit us at a table of 8 because there was 7 of us, messed up our drinks (all sweet tea) and then the food was .. disgusting? to say the least? first time i’ve been to this restaurant and the last. that’s for sure. They made me friend spit his gum out. they only had ONE stall in the men’s bathroom and there was practically a line . probably because of the quality of food
