Eat here pretty often as it is in a convenient location, but the service isn’t the best. It could take up to 30 minutes for you to receive your order, even when they aren’t busy. When you do receive your food it is fresh and tastes good. The only issue I’ve had with the food is I like to get the original chicken sandwich with only ketchup and every time I ask they still put everything on it. Other than that, the food is great.

I've never had a good experience in the 4 years I've been going to this location. A year ago a walked there with my wife and daughter at 3pm on a Saturday and the doors were locked and they said it's drive thru only. Why? I ordered a breakfast burrito once, no combo, and it was like 6 bucks! No thank you. Then apparently they don't serve pancakes anymore. Just french toast sticks. So I ordered some for my 5 year old daughter. They were hard as a rock. So hard my daughter couldn't even break off a bite with her teeth! Seriously. I honestly hope they go out of business and put some other fast food business there in it's place.

The whopper juniors which I ordered were not good.They were cold . They were not fresh.They didn't listen and fixed the order wrong. I threw the whole food.. I don't think that I'll be back to this Burger king location again.

Burger was cold didn't warm bun cheese never even melted I took it home because it was uneatable and my dog wouldn't even eat it
Rude . Asked for the drink I purchased and the lady looked me dead in the eye and walked away . Another employee came up and gave me the drink that was for my four year old . My grandmother asked same employee for a ranch for my son and she was rude to her also . Will not be back.

Burger King in Whataburger have the best burgers of all the fast food joints.
Food order completely. The cook has an ego but grateful for the cashiers who took their time to correct the issue. Before the food order went out they informed him it was incorrect but he did not listen. I went in for a full refund but he was also serving as manager and dis not know how to complete it. He simply informed me to call corporate to get a refund. While he was attempting to figure out how to refund, he was stating negative things about me which was overheard by other staff members. I remained calm and the cashiers were thankful. Finally an employee from a visiting store informed how to refund me and it was successful. Do not purchase from this location.
