We was just passing through so we decided to eat BK. When we get there was a little kid without an adult at first then come to find out was the workers kid being unsupervised. We order our food took us 30 mins to even get it. I used it on the mobile app. Then when we got our food one of the sandwich was wrong that took another 10-15 mins to do a remake and mind you wasn’t busy at all. I will never go back to this location and I always pass through a lot so disappointed and with the company in general.

I like BK, I use my mobile app alot bc I can just pick up the order...also using the app earns me points which accumulate & pay for free items but... Last visit we ordered six sausage & egg bisquits... They were out of biscuits, so they wanted to know if it was okay.If they put them on croissants, yes, croissants are fine... Got home, which is about between 15 and 20 minutes away from Burger King. And gave them to my husband And later he told me, there was no sausage, not on any of them just egg. The Alabaster Burger King has made us sit in line with no cars in front of us for 15 minutes before ordering our food. We ordered our food and the order was wrong. The employee that waited on us was rude. And when we drove out of the driveup window, we saw another employee with his head down, asleep on a table in the dining area, and another one wandering around in back with earbuds in, jamming out music. Our last 4 visits went along similar lines. So Alabaster Burger, King kind of sucks

They misunderstood me or i ordered wrong. I wanted this potatoes with cheese and jalapeño but instead i got the jalapeno poppers. I can't eat that much heat but i love the potatoes with the cheese and jalapeno inside. Not sure what i says when i ordered so it could have been my fault

Stop at the location on 10/21/25 at about 6:51a.m. for breakfast. Decided to go into the lobby, in which I stood there about 10 minutes before I decided to leave. Can here workers talking but no one ever acknowledged me to assist me with my order.

Sad that I spent my money on this trash. Bun hard as brick onion rings brunt and coke taste like water. With no one there but myself and the customer that was ahead of me that was pulled up asking for more condiments while the drive thru person is complaining about it like he is not getting paid to be there with a nasty durag on his head at work. A bunch of lazy workers getting paid to mess up everyone’s food and complain about just doing their Job. DO BETTER I WONT BE BACK!!!

Eat here pretty often as it is in a convenient location, but the service isn’t the best. It could take up to 30 minutes for you to receive your order, even when they aren’t busy. When you do receive your food it is fresh and tastes good. The only issue I’ve had with the food is I like to get the original chicken sandwich with only ketchup and every time I ask they still put everything on it. Other than that, the food is great.
