Delicious chicken! Down home atmosphere. Great place for lunch. I don't drink, but they have a bar in case you do! Eclectic down home establishment. Personal service. Takes a little time for the food to come, but the weight is worth it!
I love Champys! Chicken fingers are by far the best around and consistently good. I always have take a couple to take home for a later snack. Must have fried pickle spears!! Fun, relaxed atmosphere with awesome music in the background. Although atmosphere is relaxed and casual tell the wait staff to put on shorts that appear to have on shorts and not look like they are serving in just a tee shirt. 🤣🤣 The service is always attentive, fabulous, and friendly.
Waitress was great! Tamales are always delicious (could use a little more sauce on them), the chicken is really good. I drive from Bessemer to Alabaster because it's never a disappointment!
