The food was excellent and the servers were very pleasant. If it's a busy night, the wait time for your order is a bit long, but we'll worth it. The noise level can be a bit high at times due to occasional parties. The prices are good considering the large amount of delicious food you get. Overall, it's a great experience.
The service was excellent. I was visiting Alabama and me and my three cousins always go to Champy’s! Well, I cannot complain about the taste of the chicken, because I found it very good. Two of us had the chicken, and my other two cousins had another meal. The common denominator between all of us was fried foods. Maybe it was the oil used for frying? Less than one hour after we left, all four of us had the worst stomach cramps followed by severe diarrhea. I do not want...
those tamales….. SMACKED! Love them so much! A must try! Really good when you prep it with the Cole slaw and cracker! Our server, Ana, was so nice too, she’s the one that recommended them!
