The lady working tonight had the worst customer service. Hung up on us twice and cussed at us when we came in to order to go food. Seriously go work in the BOH or get a different job. You suck.

I’ve been coming to this place since I can remember because I love their oysters and all their food. My brothers and their families have been coming here for years .. and tonight the manager did not let me come inside even though I showed him my passport which is valid in the US.
I’m Mexican by the way.
He said a passport was not valid. And he knows me he’s seen me come here for as long as he’s worked here.

Stinks like an ashtray. Ashley was nice. Food was decent. Visit was for a friend's birthday. Otherwise I'll probably never return for fear of second hand smoke and the place stinks like an ashtray

If you, yourself, are in the service industry this is the last place I'd go to for after hours drinks. Horrible service, rude staff. Guy flipped out on me for kindly trying to order a beer bc I guess he was having a bad night? I've worked in the service industry
a LONG time and if you can't handle the stress, you might need to find another type of job. Absolute joke of an establishment.

Beware they hold money on your card! It will take up to 5 days to get it back. Bartender said I could run a cash tab due to the bar not having change for a $100 bill the left an hour later and took my $100 home with him. 1 beer cost me $100. I filled a police report with Alabaster and the mgr refunded my money the next day.
This happened in 2023. More recently my mom & aunt ate lunch there on a Monday and my aunt was made sick and throwing up on the way home. Mom didn't like the way the food smelled and didn't eat it.
I will go there for a beer and only pay cash. I won't eat there.

BLT is amazing. The pool tabkes are an awesome addition to the atmosphere. Service was excellent, as well as the food and drinks.

I’ve tried to eat here a few times. The food was good but after a minute it’s covered in cigarette smoke. That’s all they care about is letting the drinks smoke. The last time I tried to eat there you have to fill out a 10 minute form to eat. I walked out and I’m never going back.
