Doordasher, waited for the delivery for 10 minutes, got the food and reminded the employee that there were three blizzards on the order as well, she informed whoever was making the blizzards that the dasher was here for the order and he could make them, 20 minutes go by and i watch order after order go out for people who arrived long after me i finally ask how much longer a wait itll be and they say “oh sorry we’ll get right on that” ten minutes later a different person comes out can tells me to cancel the order and itll be another 30 minutes, whole hour of my time wasted with no pay because of them, dont order doordash from here if you care about getting your order in a timely manner or if you care about even having dashers patient enough to deal with that.

The restaurant was clean, however the cashier took our order wrong and charged us for 2 sundaes instead of a medium vanilla cone and small cup of vanilla ice cream. Then they were very confused about how to fix the issue.

We stood in line for over 25 minutes to purchase a already made cake. No one working acknowledged me or the other 10-15 people lined up in the lobby for 25 minutes. Drive thru was moving but the lobby was at a complete standstill. Had i not promised my daughter the cake i would have left. We will find a different place to get cakes from in the future. Horrible customer service

Food was delicious! The burgers in particular! Customer service was phenomenal as all the employees worked together to make sure we were helped even after our order.
I placed an order for my son's birthday cake. I was able to easily place the order online and was even given the option to upload a photo from my phone to customize it. The ordering process was so easy. Yesterday, when I arrived at Dairy Queen location, not only was I BLOWN AWAY at how amazing they had done on the cake, EVERY DETAIL done better than I could have imagined. But also, the staff were SO KIND! I walked out of the store with the best cake I have ever ordered for my son in 13 years, but also with a huge smile on my face. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I ordered a cake in gold and black decals. It looked awful. It was the most ugly cake I've ever seen. Looked like a toddler had decorated it .I was so disappointed but it was 30 min before the party so I didn't have time to wait for another. Very disappointed. So was my child . She also tried to charge me for an edible image. There wasn't an edible image. The cashier was even confused saying I'm not charging you for that. It doesn't have it. I opted out of the edible image fearful of quality.and now I'm glad I did.

We allowed my 11 year old son order via drive thru. Worker kept calling him ma'am. THIS WAS NOT A PROBLEM. We thought it was quite funny. However when we pulled around to the window to joke with the worker, he replied I don't care, I'm just here." Ummm okay, unnecessary and rude response.
Nice people and restaurant, had the fish sandwich. Lots of breading very little fish.

Got to the drive through window to pay and was a few cents short and the cashier refused to let us have our food over a few pennies. How to search all over my car to find the change just to get dinner and was one penny short and she almost didn't let us have our dinner. I mean really!! Don't eat out a lot, guess this is why.

Was waiting on my order Saturday night and felt something crawling on my foot. Looked down and it was a roach. Don't know what I expected, but one of the workers just killed it and didn't say a word. I was so grossed out, but ate my ice cream anyway.
