The service is GREAT!!! The staff is always super friendly. It is one of my granddaughters favorite places for a special treat. I have also bought their birthday cakes and they are truly delicious. We love the tres leches cakes. I will be ordering one this week for a birthday. The baker also made a special Gorilla tag cake for me that was awesome. Customer for life!!!!!!!

False advertising the store has one price on the menu. I came in with the intention spend a good bit on holiday desserts. They charge me a different price than advertised. I had a question about how much each item was. One of the bakers got snappy with me gesturing for me to hand her my bag of desserts. That I had already paid for. I wanted to get a few cakes, pies, and cookies. I decided not to once I realize I was being over charged. I will never come back! My cake slice was disgusting it smelt and tasted like the inside of refrigerator and cat. I almost threw up.

RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND RACISTS If I could give a -0 review I would! My coworker and I went in to get a slice of cake and the pricing that they have displayed is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! The cake slice was priced on the board for $3.75 ! We got 3 slices of cake and paid $ 23 ! THEY OVER CHARGED US AND THEN TOLD US THE PRICE CHANGED. DO NOT GO BECAUSE IF YOU ARE A DIFFERENT RACE THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU BC OF YOUR RACE !!!! I will be report them to BBB.

I placed a custom cake order over a week ago only to be told that they did not have it ready when I arrived. I even specified a time and date when it needed to be ready and called the day before. After the mistake was realized I was then presented a different cake with customization that I could have done myself. We got my daughters birthday cakes here in the past but it seems that the store is now poorly run. I will not be back.

If you want a custom cake, look elsewhere. Poor communication and after confirming twice in 2 weeks, my order was still not ready at the predetermined time and date. Food quality is there, but I can no longer recommend them for custom orders.

I have been eating here for over 10 years and I can say this is the best bakery in Alabama, the concha’s are 10/10 as well as the chicken salad! The staff is also very friendly and helpful!
