Honestly never had a bad order. In the 2 years we have ordered it has been hot and fresh every time. Our driver today Austin brought our order to the door so we didn't have to get in the rain. Good job to Alabaster Domino's

Called in an order for a delivery. Was given incorrect information about specials & delivery fees. Made my order based on that info. Delivery man arrived & informed me I didn’t have enough money (he didn’t make the mistake).
Talked to the Manager and he just made excuses about the employee being new and giving me wrong info (and) then became offended that I was challenging these mistakes. No accountability whatsoever.
I like Dominoes but won’t do any more business with the Alabaster AL franchise.

Finally decided to leave a review as the app keeps asking me to. 😂 But this location is great. I'm not rich enough to get delivery and complain about that. I get carryout or car side pickup. My pizza has been great for years. They also get my special pizzas correct that my picky kids want. I also love that they offer to deliver to my house when the closer pizza hut doesn't. The staff is always polite and thanks me for coming. I just got my order at 8:02pm 5/16/25 and all of this is still accurate.
Excellent service and good pizza, I've never had an issue here. But I know they'll fix it if there is an issue.

Delivery charges are to high. It's like double tipping. One to store and one for drivers. It cuts down what I can give the drivers. Ordering less and less online because of all the stupid add on fees that you can't escape. A $14 order is actually a $21 after taxes and fees (fees mostly) and your still expected to tip driver after that. I think the mandatory fees are deceptive pricing policys. This review is for corporate, no complaints about local staff.
