Our food was burnt and I ordered a ham and cheese croissant and they gave me a little croissant. The boy said they can’t do just a big croissant with ham and cheese and that they had no cheese. But how in the world did I get a little ham croissant. Last time I went I got what I usually get (ham and cheese croissant with a hot chocolate) not only that the donuts we got were a day old. Also he messed up our order we ordered two sweet teas we only got one.

The people that work there are so slow I mean how long does it take to make avocado toast, I’ve waited 15 to 20 minutes. They have no personality. I wouldn’t be surprised if they did something to the food. There was only 1 girl that was good and unfortunately I didn’t get her name. You definitely need to revamp fire most of the crew and hire people with personality!!

I came to the drive thru like six months ago and ordered a drink. The guy at the window told me to pull around front and wait so I did, but he never came out with my drink. I was pissed I had to walk back in there to remind them to make my coffee. Fast-forward to today, I order a drink in the drive thru. The girl tells me to pull around front and wait but guess what… she never came out to give me my drink 😂 So I went inside to remind them to make my drink yet AGAIN but before I could speak she looked up with stupid grin on her face because apparently she thought it was funny. Wasn’t apologetic, didn’t say sorry, just laughed. And then had the nerve to beg for a tip when I first pulled up. I’m glad I pushed NO TIP right in her face. So focused on hustling customers for tips she couldn’t remember to do her job. And I don’t believe in being mean to fast food workers, but this is the type of 🤬 that makes me wanna crash out!! Boooo!! 0/10 🍅🍅🍅🍅

If I could give zero stars I sure would. They do not honor other locations sales. I ordered a medium iced vanilla coffee with extra sugar and glazed doughnut holes. The coffee is horrible(burnt coffee) doughnut holes cold and hard, not fresh. Lesson learned I will never come back to this location ever again

Your reviews are horrible. You have clearly done nothing to change that. It is as if you just do not care. I went through the drive thru yesterday after placing a mobile order. I chose rewards to add to my order. Drive thru moved very slow although there was only 1 car ahead of me. They first tried to give me someone else's order. After receiving my order I realized they didn't include the rewards items. The employee at the drive thru said there was nothing she could do. So, no rewards items and I lost my rewards points. Why would I continue to use your location when this is how you treat customers? Could she not see on my app that there are rewards and then give me the items? Your employees should know how to navigate the DD app or your location should not be included on the app at all. My sandwich was cold and the croissant was not fresh. I will never use your location again. I would rather drive out of the way to use a better location.
The coffee as always is amazing, and the loaded hashbrown bowl is delicious…but…for the price, the amount you get in the bowl isn’t worth it. That’s my only gripe though! It’s still very good!

I recently switched Dunkin locations and let me just say I’m glad I came to the Alabaster location this morning. The coffee hit that deep spot in my soul, my omelet bites were hot to the touch, and that customer service was impeccable. Thank you Alabaster Dunkin! ?
