Everything about my Dunkin experience was amazing. I ordered wrong and was disappointed in myself when I received my drink. I went to the counter to ask if I could get more sweetener and they gladly helped and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. JD and Devon were amazing and continued to provide the best customer service I've ever received. Thank you. This location was also very clean and very efficient in everything they did and I believe it was because these two gentleman were here. Would recommend to anyone.

Every time I go here, the coffee I get is too bitter and rather mediocre in flavor. All the staff acts like they hate their job, and aren't that friendly or welcoming. Also the vast majority of the time they get my order wrong, or my coffee is only half full and not even warm. Do better.

Service is bad. Came in today before 11am and there's several of them in there and no one even acknowledge me. I thought they're just waiting for me to pick but nope they acted like there's no customer inside. The inside was a mess some customers just left their trash on the table. If you have patience with this kind of service go ahead but this team is not friendly at all.

Oh, you look so happy in the grand opening picture. That's how I felt driving to your Alabaster Dunkin Donuts location. Went thru the drive -thru. I was So disappointed. My friend and I ordered Cappuccinos. Nice person as ordering and understanding what we were having.(No problem) Had to wait on the order. Here goes! The Cappuccinos were not Cappuccinos. We always wait a minute to let the drink cool, so we were already on the highway when we got to taste them. The drink was not smooth. I want to say tasting burnt? There was very LITTLE caramel in mine and very LITTLE vanilla in Mardy's. I do not know what happened between ordering 2 Cappuccinos and getting 2 Somethings Else. I know, I take Cappuccinos a little bit overboard, but you are one of the establishments that serve them.

This is specifically for the online and mobile orders. They don't tell you that they don't have certain items or things in your order until after you get there. It would be more convenient if they reached out or rejected parts of the order so that you know what you're getting prior to arrival. It's sucks to make an order, wait, go to the store and your entire or main parts of your order isn't available.

When I leave a review its all or nothing. Great or terrible, no in between I don't believe in leaving 2, 3, stars. This location wont get my money again, the Pelham location is the only one Ive been to where the employee actually know how to do their job. After being given my disgusting coffee, I was told to go to the next window then waited 11 minutes for my order as about 5 cars behind me passed. It seems they don't communicate with each other because three employees asked what I was waiting on. There was about 5 employees there and they're all slow and dont seem to be know what they doing too much.

I’m only putting one star because I have to. You will be better off going to 7 brew! They always forget my sweet cream cold foam and i’m not exaggerating, I mean always! I ordered a iced matched latte and it had coffee in it, I gave it back and the lady told me it had coffee because of the “latte” that is inaccurate. This is always my order, it’s literally the name matcha latte, doesn’t mean add coffee so they just aren’t being trained properly. I asked for cookie butter cold foam and she said they were out and would substitute with regular but rung up oatmilk and no cold foam! the guy in the window did not speak at all just handed me all my stuff. You have to wait so long for the WRONG STUFF! They need new staff and to be trained properly, it’s ridiculous.

Long wait, order is always wrong, rude or incompetent customer service especially when any of the guys work except for that one Hispanic guy! He’s the best. Everybody else seems not to care or want to be there! Close this place down and put a Krispy Kreme there please and thank u!!!

5-6 cars in drive through. Maybe 5 people in lobby. Mobile orders piled up on the counter. Tickets looked like someone just threw them in the air and wherever they landed is where they landed. 37 minutes I waited for a coffee and a dozen assorted. Workers moved with zero sense of urgency. I was asked to help the worker find the donuts I’d picked out. Said they were out of chocolate frosted, but I was standing there looking at ones with sprinkles and without sprinkles. Absolute chaos! Will not be back.
