Great food and fast service. Wide variety of BBQ food from Chili Dogs to Brisket and everything in between. We visited two locations with 15 people in our group, the cashiers handled the order quickly and kitchen executed it without error.
Great customer service and very friendly staff!
Food from drive-thru was terrible. The big baker potato was cold, no sauce for the bbq, no butter was on the potato at all. Didn’t get a cup of bbq on the side either. We ask for extra sour cream and did not receive any! Very bad food today!
I ordered the beef angus beef brisket salad, but don’t rely on the photo I took because I mixed up my salad before I took the photo. I also added the salad dressing on top, but the two they gave wasn’t enough so I asked for one more and he gave it to me no extra charge. I also ordered some fried green tomatoes. My daughter ordered the chicken fingers with mac and cheese but she only ate her mac and cheese and some of my brisket and her Dad’s ribs. I don’t know how the chicken fingers tasted because we didn’t eat them. Overall, yummy food and I love the atmosphere and booth seating.
Ordered loaded potato via drive thru. Person taking my order got it wrong and rang it up as a Big baker-no problem, understand people sometimes make errors. I was clear that I wanted red bbq sauce-got none which didn’t know until I got back to the office. This made potato not very good. This is why I don’t go to Full Moon in Alabaster very often-they are very inconsistent.
I ate here with the Veterans on the Wiregrass Honor Flight. They were treated very good and the food was sooo good. Thanks Full Moon.
Pretty good!

Several years back I went through a Donut shop drive-thru to pick up donuts for a work party. When I got to the pickup window after ordering, they apologized and told me that the first batch of four dozen donuts didn't meet their standards and they would be free and that they were preparing another 4 dozen that did. I couldn't really tell a difference but was impressed with both their quality control and generousity. Yesterday, we ordered 2lbs of pulled pork with sides, etc from here. The meat was incredibly dry with hard bits throughout. I could understand if some of our meat was this way, but all 2lbs of it. Definitely, not the same caliber of QC. I'm a fan of Full Moon, but may avoid this location for a while.

I love this location! It's comfortable and feels private, even with so many tables around. It scores all the bonus points for order at the counter, sports on TV, and self-serve fountain Coke (with chewable ice). They also regularly host high school teams who provide table service as a fundraiser. The baked beans are bold and the fried green tomatoes were perfectly done. We went on a friend's recommendation of the smoked turkey. Covered in sauce and with chow chow, I enjoyed every bite.

Unfortunately for you all and this location, you have lost a lot of business starting tonight. You all had a sign up that you were closing at 8 PM for your company Christmas party. I was in line almost 20 minutes as your employees slowly went though the ordering process with the line so that at 751pm they started refusing orders. They refused the car in front of me, myself and there two behind me. Irvin and Cortez, who stated he was management, both gave multiple variations of stories/excuses as to why they weren’t taking anymore orders though admitting it was before 8, their “system” was then down, and then they cited they were “out of things to sell.”
Well, call me Karen if you want to, but I am fresh out of patience for companies who continue to treat the consumer like this company did tonight. Unbeknownst to them, but I did tell them when I was leaving, we get their catered food multiple times a week in the industry that I work in. They are now listed as a do not order from going forward. There is no excuse from laziness from employees and their “management.” And out right lying is pathetic.
Friendly staff and good food.
